We are accepting new patients and warmly welcome you to our practice.
During your first visit your dentist will ascertain your needs and expectations for your oral health. This is followed by a thorough examination of your jaws, mouth, gums and teeth. Your dentist will discuss any relevant findings, and if any treatment is required we will discuss the appropriate options with you.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first visit to allow time to complete our medical history form. Many medical conditions and medications can affect your dental health and treatment. Having your medical details on file will help us provide you with the most appropriate treatment in a safe manner.
Fees and payments
We accept payment by EFTPOS, personal cheque, internet banking, Mastercard and Visa. HICAPS is available for health fund rebates.
Cancellations
In the days leading up to your visit we will call or text to confirm your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. Short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed appointments may attract a fee.
